Unwanted calls

This is a scam- one of many. Do not return the calls.

Called twice in two days. On answer said "have two guys" and a lot of back ground noise. Rtn call say "full mail box"

I've only had this phone number a few weeks and get calls from this number everyday.

They tell you they work for Bank Corp.& because you pay your bills on time you're eligible for a reuced interest rate on your Visa or M/C accounts. Then they ask for expiration date on the card you want your rates lowered. After that they want the last twelve numbers of your account. Too much information!!!

is so sick of this number calling me..

A robotic voice calling to confirm my order, and I haven't placed any orders with anyone. A callback during business hours gave me no opportunity to connect with a live person. I'm monitoring my bank accounts closely.

Mon mari a eu un appel de ce numéro un jeudi soir à 8:30. Après avoir dit allo à deux ou trois reprise une voix de femme avec un accent a demandé à parler à Monique Lavoie. Mon mari a bien ri parce qu'il est lui-même un Lavoie et il lui a dit qu'elle s'était trompée de numéro. Deux jours plus tard`, à minuit et vingt on reçoit un appel de quelqu'un qui dit qu'on vient de caller chez lui et que la personne parlait en anglais. Impossible, j'écoutais un film bien tranquille. Vraiment bizarre!

Just received a call from them. It's a Sunday evening. Did not leave a voicemail.

They called I didnt answer. I called & busy. I didn't answer because I figured they were selling something. Apparently they are scammers.

Some prerecorded message saying press 1 if I want a free home alarm system as they will be in my neighborhood next week. Oh really, my neighborhood... free home alarm... Where is that wagon they think I just fell off. Why are there not laws in effect to find out who these jackasses are so we can file law suits against them for harrassment. This is how I would write the phone solicitation law. The caller has to Identify themselves and give a physical address as well as a phone number. They then have to prior to rolling out the sales jargon give you the option of "opting out" of future harrassment if you so choose.
